As RuubiX expanded its cross-border financial ecosystem, the platform introduced multiple transaction types, wallet interactions, and payment tools that increased complexity across the user experience. The challenge shifted from feature delivery to simplifying financial interactions at scale.

As the platform expanded, new financial services were introduced rapidly:

• virtual cards,

• and multi-currency interactions.

Problem Statement:

Users could now fund wallets, transfer money, scan QR codes, manage virtual cards, perform cross-border transactions, and interact with multiple financial tools from a single platform.
